Thank you for your purchase! We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders, with free standard shipping included in the purchase price of every artwork.

Each sculpture is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date your order is placed.

For deliveries within Melbourne and regional Victoria (where parcel size allows), orders are generally sent via Australia Post. Larger artworks and interstate deliveries are typically shipped through Interparcel using StarTrack to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details (where available).

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather events, peak periods, or carrier delays.

Large Artwork Deliveries

Due to the size and nature of some artworks, oversized pieces may require a specialised courier service.

If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to arrange the safest and most suitable delivery method.

Damaged in Transit

Every artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving the studio.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Bayside Textures through the contact form within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the packaging

We will work with you to find the most appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
