Welcome to Bayside Textures. By accessing this website or purchasing an artwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
General
Bayside Textures offers original, handcrafted sculptural artworks created by Sarah L. Smith in Melbourne, Australia.
By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and all applicable Australian laws.
Bayside Textures may update these terms from time to time, with the current version available on this website.
Artwork & Product Information
All Bayside Textures artworks are individually handcrafted and may feature natural variations in texture, markings, form, colour and finish. These characteristics form part of the handmade nature and individuality of each artwork and are not considered faults.
Every effort is made to photograph and represent each artwork accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen or device settings.
Metallic, reflective and textured finishes may also change in appearance under different lighting conditions.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices may be changed at any time without notice.
- Payment is securely processed through the payment methods available via Shopify checkout.
- An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping
Bayside Textures currently offers free standard shipping Australia-wide.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.
All artworks are carefully packaged prior to dispatch and tracking details will be provided where available.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and courier service. Bayside Textures cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.
Returns & Change of Mind
Due to the original and individual nature of our artworks, returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered for change of mind.
Please carefully review all artwork photographs, dimensions, colours and product information before purchasing.
This change-of-mind policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Faulty Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Bayside Textures as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order details along with clear photographs of the artwork and its packaging so the issue can be assessed.
Each situation will be reviewed individually and we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repairing the artwork, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
